Preferred Payment Method
All tuition is processed electronically through Tuition Express — our preferred and most convenient payment option.

Tuition may be paid annually or monthly. Annual payments are due by July 10 or within ten days of the first billing date and qualify for a 2% discount. Monthly installments are due on the first of each month and considered past due after the tenth.

Billing Policies
Late Fees
Accounts not paid in full by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $25 late fee.
A fee of $25 will also be charged for all checks returned NSF and all returned EFT payments.
Past Due Accounts
If an account is past due by the 30th of the billing month, the student may be unenrolled from Grace Early Childhood Center.
Once an account becomes past due, the entire balance must be paid and the account brought current in order for a child’s admission to continue. A child’s spot may be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Withdrawal Policy
Full-Day Program: Submit a withdrawal form prior to the 15th of the month. There will be no penalty, though the full month’s tuition remains due.
Half-Day Preschool: Submit a withdrawal form prior to the 20th of the month. The child’s last day will be the 15th of the following month. No refund is given for missed attendance during this period.
